In the realm where the rook wields a frothy mug and the pawn sips on a golden nectar, this collection of hand-drawn ink and watercolor beer sketches emerges as a collection of cunning maneuvers. Each piece is a meticulously crafted square on a grand chessboard, where the pieces are not made of wood or ivory, but of vibrant hues and delicate brushstrokes that bring to life the diverse world of beer, mostly from Colorado.

This strategic facilities map I designed for the Basketball Social House serves as a grand chessboard of athletic entertainment. Like a well-planned chess opening, the layout presents a clear and engaging view of the venue’s various “pieces” – each area representing a different facet of the basketball experience.
The map’s design, with its bold colors and clean lines, mirrors the precision of a chess player’s calculated moves. Each section, from the courts to the social areas, is strategically placed, allowing visitors to navigate the space as if they were maneuvering pieces across a board. The color-coded zones act as distinct territories, much like the different squares on a chessboard, guiding players and spectators to their desired destinations with the ease of a grandmaster plotting their next move.
